The challenge was to clean up and promote growth around areas surrounding transit stations in St. Louis. FPA Group organized, planned, and implemented walk-abouts around the transit stations that needed development. We invited members of the communities surrounding the areas, key community leaders, and potential organizational partners to gather feedback. FPA Group also collected and analyzed data from other national case studies and presented findings to Citizens for Modern Transit.
